At Elite Shine, we are committed to providing top-quality car detailing services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

However, as our services are labor-based, refunds are only granted under specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or partial refunds in the following cases:

✅ Service Not Provided – If a booking is canceled by us and an alternative appointment cannot be arranged, you are entitled to a full refund.

✅ Service Dissatisfaction – If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the situation and may offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion. However, please note if you have satisfied your quality guarantee with one of our detailers refunds are not applicable.

✅ Booking Errors – If you accidentally booked the wrong service or need to change your appointment, we offer free rescheduling. Refunds for booking errors may be subject to an administration fee.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

❌ Change of Mind – Once a service has been completed to a satisfactory standard, refunds are not available.

❌ Missed Appointments – If you fail to be present at the scheduled appointment without notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.

❌ External Factors – We are not responsible for issues arising after the service, such as new dirt, weather conditions, or pre-existing vehicle damage.

Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made in writing via contact.elite.shine.pro@gmail.com within 24 hours of service completion.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

• In some cases, we may offer a re-service instead of a refund to resolve any concerns.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
